We will need the following equipment for all eight periods: 5 - Chairs needed (for veterans) 1 - Table (to place in front of the panel) 2 - Microphones to put on table / or mic in podium could act as one (cord ok, or cordless) 2 - Cordless Microphones for townhall style questions
