July 22 Tear down date and supplies removed

Areas requested: Include use of north building wing classrooms & gym, with access to parking lot and playground/blacktop areas. Access to refrigerator/freezer. All supplies and equipment will remain on site for the duration of the program.

Special Equipment Requests: PA system, podium, VCR/DVD player & screen
